About us :
A subsidiary of an international group, Montabert has been a recognized innovator for over a hundred years in the design and production of hydraulic demolition and drilling equipment for public works, mines and quarries.
The Building Network Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the site's installations.
As part of a replacement assignment at our single site based in St Priest, we are looking to recruit on a permanent contract a New Works Project Manager - Networks-Buildings Maintenance Technician as soon as possible.
This position is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing industrial company based in Lyon.
Your tasks :
Montabert's New Works department employs 3 people.
Within the department, you will be responsible for :
Maintain the site, buildings and networks (electricity, gas, piping, HVAC, mains water, rainwater and wastewater drainage, etc.).
Boiler and roof maintenance, construction of new buildings, installation of new machines
Design and update drawings on dedicated software (Autocad)
Monitor all building upgrades
Regulatory controls
Plan and negotiate deadlines and quotations according to the parameters established on SAP
Supporting projects from inception to final acceptance
Managing subcontracting
Draw up prevention plans and fire permits for operations carried out by the department
Profile:
Bac + 2 in industrial infrastructure maintenance or equivalent
Between 5 and 10 years' experience in general services and/or building-network maintenance and/or new-works management/infrastructure maintenance
Specialization in the fields of electricity (HTA-BT) and/or HVAC and/or industrial piping is expected for this position.
Knowledge of SAP software would be appreciated and mastery of Autocad software is highly desirable.
You have a sense of service, the ability to manage several projects in parallel with responsiveness, initiative and good interpersonal skills to manage our service providers.
