Job Description
Join EFT Mobility at a pivotal time as we revolutionize the future of electric transport, focusing on cutting-edge Electric Powertrain (EFT) solutions for high-reliability applications, including UAV power systems. We are a fast-growing, dynamic company where every engineer plays a direct, hands-on role in bringing our innovative, safety-critical products to life. If you thrive on ensuring product quality and solving complex, real-world problems, we want you on our team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to play a pivotal role in bringing our groundbreaking EV products to market. As an NPI Engineer, you will be the central figure industrializing our developments together with our engineering team, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
Beyond traditional hardware ramp-up, this role is critical in building the "digital thread" of our serial production. You will be responsible for ensuring that as we scale quantities, our data remains structured, traceable, and ready for deep analytical insight.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
• Technical Project Management: Lead and manage NPI projects from prototype to production, establishing clear project plans and deliverables.
• Serial Production Data Structuring: Define and maintain the data architecture for serial production, ensuring full traceability from raw material batches to finished product serial numbers.
• Manufacturing Readiness: Work with manufacturing engineering to ensure production readiness, including tooling, equipment, and comprehensive process documentation.
• End of Line (EOL) Testing & Data Ingestion:. Ensure EOL systems are integrated into data pipelines to provide immediate feedback on production yield and quality trends.
• Quality Assurance & Control Plans: Setup and manage quality assurance and control plans for new products.
• Continuous Improvement through Analytics: Drive NPI process improvements by leveraging production data and feedback loops to optimize future product introductions.
• Maintenance & Support Data: Act as the central point for field feedback and errors. Structure maintenance and repair data to facilitate root cause analysis and engineering design improvements.
