New Product Introduction Engineer

Emesent is seeking a passionate New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to join our fast-paced design and manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities :
• Work closely with design engineers, supply chain, quality, and operations teams to bring new designs into production.
• Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, including assembly steps, testing, and quality checks.
• Support prototype builds and pilot runs to identify risks and refine processes before full-scale launch.
• Drive improvements in cost efficiency, production yield, and product quality

How you'll succeed :
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA).
• Project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and safety.
