In Tappx we keep growing and, therefore, we are looking for new talented people to join our Performance Marketing department.


As a New Partnerships Manager you will explore and open new business with potential Advertisers. Also you will help to raise the market positioning of Tappx in the mobile app industry.


You will have the following responsibilities:


You are responsible for creating your own sales funnel, contact, follow-up, and close deals to meet the goals set on each quarter.
You will onboard the new partners and assist in the transition for the account manager as smoothly as possible.
Work internally with the rest of the team to ensure you are targeting the right potential leads.
Gather feedback from the industry and share internally to align industry trends and company focus.
Occasional national and international travel (client meetings, trade fairs and other industry-related events).

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for if you have:


Proven track record in business development or sales within the adtech industry.
Knowledge and experience of how Performance Marketing works. Familiarity with mobile advertising and other relevant ad technologies and channels.
Understanding of the latest trends, tools, and strategies in user acquisition and retention within the mobile app ecosystem.
Previous experience working closely with app developers, mobile app development agencies, or related stakeholders.
Experience using a CRM, ideally Hubspot.


Knowledge:


Great negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, can-do and hands-on attitude.
Knowledge of the app development life cycle and an understanding of the challenges faced by app developers in acquiring and retaining users.
Know what CPM, CPC, CPI and CPE stand for, and can provide relevant reporting insights.
