What you'll do:

This role strengthens Growth’s ability to launch new market offerings and partner-powered trading experiences by supporting adoption of new instruments and launching follow trading capabilities that drive funded accounts and engagement.

In this role you will:

• Own end-to-end program execution for follow trading and new instruments readiness

• Drive partner integrations and internal coordination to move from concept to live adoption

• Bring clarity to scope, sequencing, and success metrics for early-stage programs

• Keep stakeholders aligned and unblocked while work is evolving

Follow Trading program ownership (approximately 50%)

• Own the follow trading roadmap from concept through launch and iteration

• Manage partner evaluation, integration plans, and ongoing operational readiness

• Coordinate platform integration needs including trade replication flows, APIs, and brokerage operations requirements

• Define success metrics including adoption, funded accounts, and engagement, and establish reporting cadence

• Align go-to-market readiness with Marketing, Lifecycle, and Support to drive awareness and activation

New instruments rollout leadership (approximately 40%)

• Lead launch readiness for new instruments starting with SSF, coordinating Risk, Compliance, Operations, and GTM

• Drive cross-functional launch plans, dependencies, and decision logs

• Identify operational requirements and gaps including accounting, margin and risk, disclosures, and support readiness

• Build launch checklists and ensure cutover readiness and post-launch issue management

• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize launch-critical work

Strategy, sizing, and stakeholder management (approximately 10%)

• Size opportunities and define sequencing based on impact and adoption potential

• Create lightweight executive updates focused on outcomes rather than activity

• Build repeatable playbooks for partner launches and instrument launches to accelerate future programs

What you'll need:

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, business operations, product operations, partnerships, market launch, or platform integrations

• Experience in trading ecosystems including brokerage, active trading platforms, market structure, or derivatives-adjacent products

• Fluency in APIs, integrations, and operational workflows

• Ability to drive cross-functional execution with high accountability and low bureaucracy

• Strong written communication skills and comfort owning ambiguity until it becomes a clear plan

Bonus points for:

• Background at an active trading brokerage or platform

• Experience launching new asset classes, market features, or partner integrations in regulated environments

• Comfort working with Risk and Compliance as primary stakeholders

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 10%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

This role is based in Chicago, IL. *There may be remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, Wisconsin.

Hybrid:

For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer:
