With locations in Orlando, New Port Richey, and Brandon, we are growing rapidly and looking for experienced Residential New Construction Plumbers to join our team.

Stay-On Bonus – $1,000 Total
• $250 after 90 days
• $250 after 120 days
• $500 after 180 days

We are seeking reliable, skilled plumbers to perform residential new construction work with a strong focus on quality, safety, and code compliance. This role includes underground work, 1–2 story top-outs, tub sets, and fixture installations for residential homebuilders.

Key Responsibilities
• Install water supply and DWV (drain-waste-vent) systems in compliance with local and state codes
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
• Set toilets, tubs, shower pans, and fixtures
• Install faucets, water heaters, and related plumbing systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Arrive to job sites on time each day
• Keep tools, materials, and company vehicle clean and organized
• Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential new construction plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and blueprint reading
• Own required hand tools
• Valid, clean Florida driver’s license
• Must be 21 years or older (insurance requirement)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
