As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced New Construction HVAC Warranty Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship and want to work for a company that values its employees.

Experience Required
• Five years of residential HVAC warranty experience

As part of our New Construction division, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues during warranty periods, working directly with homeowners, and ensuring all work meets company standards and local codes.

Key Responsibilities
• Install/warranty residential HVAC systems and complete/start up air conditioning installations
• Cut and install duct board and flex duct as needed
• Arrive on time and prepared each workday
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Keep company vehicles clean and well maintained
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Provide exceptional customer service on every job

Qualifications
• Three to Five years of experience as a residential HVAC installer

Must have good analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities

Strong knowledge of HVAC installation tools, equipment, and systems controls

Must of have knowledge and experience in mini-split systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to pass HVAC Technician Skills Test
