Job Title: Training Chefs/Intern Chefs
Location: Lalbaug, Mumbai
 
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive to support New Store Openings (NSO). This role involves coordinating end-to-end store launch activities, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting post-launch stabilization. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support business operations and development team in planning and execution of new store openings.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment, furniture, and other site requirements.
• Manage logistics for site setup including dry stock, café supplies, Wi-Fi, and utilities.
• Conduct site recce and ensure operational readiness prior to launch.
• Track inventory requirements and café sales predictability to ensure stock availability during launch.
• Assist café managers in achieving operational stability post-launch within defined timelines.
• Liaison between projects and operations team to ensure smooth handover of projects, document and track progress to ensure timely execution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align on timelines and deliverables.
Requirements:
• 1 – 2  years of experience in Operations, preferably in F&B, Retail, or QSR industry.
• Strong field experience with exposure to procurement, vendor management, or site setup.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in flexible shifts (comp offs provided).
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Trainable and eager to grow in a fast-scaling environment.
