Job Description
We are looking for you as New Business Manager for the region Germany West.
Your Mission
As a Hunter for our SOC service, you operate at the forefront of the market. You identify new business opportunities for Northwave and manage them independently from first contact through to contract signing.
You recognise untapped potential within mid-sized and large organisations and approach target customers in the DACH region with persistence, structure and conviction. With your understanding of cyber threats, regulatory requirements and operational security challenges, you position our SOC and Incident Response services as clear added value.
Your network is your capital. You leverage existing contacts and continuously expand them through targeted outreach, presence at industry events and active networking within our target industries. Your goal is to open doors, initiate conversations at executive level and position Northwave early on as a strong security partner.
You work closely with Sales, Marketing and more than 275 security experts who support you with expertise and strong content. Your hunter mindset, drive and network make a significant contribution to Northwave’s growth in the DACH region.
What can you expect from us?
• First things first: you will receive a remote employment contract with 30 days' holiday per year. You can organise your own working hours in consultation with your colleagues and customers.
• What do you want to achieve and what support do you need? You will receive regular training and support in achieving your professional goals. You can also develop further within Northwave.
• It is important to us to respect and value each other - as professionals and as people. The best way to get to know your 275+ colleagues from the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium and Sweden is to take part in one of our many activities, such as a trip to the theme park.
• You will be equipped with a modern MacBook and iPhone. We have height-adjustable desks in our offices and our CEO loves to kit us out with merchandise ;-)
• A company car, also for private use, is a matter of course in this position. Of course, we also pay travelling allowances.
what else...
No, the fruit basket in the office is not a benefit for us, but a matter of course - just like coffee, tea and lemonade. Have you ever tried Dutch caramel waffles?
