Are you a native Japanese professional with strong business development experience in Thailand? We are looking for a true hunter - someone with a proven track record of acquiring new clients, building pipelines from scratch, and consistently closing high-value opportunities. If you are highly proactive and thrive in a performance-driven environment, this role is for you!
You will be the commercial face for all Japanese client engagements in Thailand—leading strategic conversations, uncovering growth opportunities, and building long-term client partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of business development, client advisory, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
Lead Business Growth
Identify and target new business opportunities across high-potential industries in Thailand, including energy, manufacturing, healthcare, mobility, logistics, and digital sectors.
Conduct deep research to understand client needs, operational pain points, industry challenges, and broader market trends to propose relevant, insight-led solutions.
Deliver clear and compelling presentations, articulating Frost & Sullivan’s value propositions and explaining how our insights and consulting expertise can address client objectives.
Drive new business development across key industries in Thailand (energy, mobility, healthcare, digital, manufacturing, logistics, and more).
Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior executives in Japanese organisations operating in Thailand.
Develop a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, industry networking, and strategic prospecting.
Execute High-Impact Sales Activities
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Prepare compelling sales materials including proposals, capability decks, and strategic recommendations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM updates and forecasts.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with consultants, analysts, and project managers to ensure solutions are feasible, aligned, and impactful.
Share client insights and market observations to refine Frost & Sullivan’s offerings.
What We’re Looking For
A true hunter with a proven track record of generating new business and meeting aggressive sales targets.
5–10 years of B2B, consulting sales, enterprise solutions, or strategy-driven commercial experience in Thailand.
Native Japanese speaker (JLPT N1 required).
Strong experience working with Japanese corporates or Japanese multinational companies.
Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders confidently.
Familiarity with consulting, market research, digital transformation, or innovation-led industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate client challenges into actionable solutions.
Highly self-driven, structured, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
