Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver specialist neuropsychological assessments and interventions within clients’ homes, workplaces, and community settings.

• Provide rehabilitation focused on cognitive, emotional, and behavioural outcomes to promote independence and participation.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including OT, PT, and SLT colleagues.

• Contribute to shared formulations, joint goal‑setting, and rehabilitation planning.

• Use trauma‑informed and vocational rehabilitation approaches where appropriate.

• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships and support clients to return to valued life roles.

Benefits

Working with this client, you will receive:

• 35 days annual leave (pro rata), including bank holidays

• Paid travel time for all community visits

• Salary sacrifice pension scheme

• Life assurance cover

• Access to a Smart Health Wellbeing Platform (24/7 GP, mental health support, second medical opinion, health checks, fitness and nutrition support)

• Dedicated clinical supervision from a senior specialist

• Internal CPD networks and external CPD funding

• Opportunity to develop skills in vocational rehab and trauma‑informed practice

• Supportive, clinically focused interdisciplinary team culture

• A meaningful role in shaping the Midlands community neurorehab service

Qualifications & Experience

You should ideally have:

• HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist

• Post‑graduate qualification in Neuropsychology (QiCN or equivalent)

• Experience working with adults with acquired brain injury

• Background in community neurorehabilitation, neuro rehab, or brain injury services

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
If you don’t meet every requirement but have relevant experience, we still encourage you to apply.
