JOB TITLE: Neurologist
STATUS: Regular Full-Time

Ultimately, as a licensed Neurologist, you will play an important role on the Medical Team demonstrating the highest standard of productivity to deliver and enhance best practices patient care.
The Impact You’ll Have
You'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat neurological disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system, including strokes, dementia, seizures, and Parkinson's disease
You'll order, review, and analyze tests, such as electroencephalograms and EMG’s
You'll share findings with the entire medical team, and communicate treatment options internally and with patients, family members, and caregivers
You'll monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans, medications, and considering referrals as appropriate
You'll respond quickly to emergent situations requiring time-sensitive evaluation and treatment
Need to Haves
Doctorate of Medicine
License to practice medicine in Nebraska
Certification in neurology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting
Professional demeanor, ability to work amid interruptions, ability to handle patient complaints, excellent judgment in dealing with patients, care in protecting patient privacy and confidentiality
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative, exercise good judgment, maintain confidentiality, establish priorities, work independently, and ability to keep professional boundaries with patients.
Individual must have the ability to work in a team environment. Must demonstrate a deep concern for the health and well-being of others
