Job Description
At Beyond Expectation Psychological Services, we currently offer behavioral health treatments through our qEEG brain imaging technology, also known as Neurofeedback utilizing Brain Mapping. These Brain Maps can be used as a diagnostic aid in identifying behavioral health symptomology related to Traumatic Brain Injury, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, Depression, Insomnia, and more.
Neurofeedback is also used to improve an athlete’s overall performance and acuity, by enhancing clarity of focus, memory and problem solving, poised coordination, and meticulous timing of precious hand – eye coordination.
Applicant Must:
Strongly Preferred Bilingual/Spanish
Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality, keeping unscheduled absences to a minimum
Open to work extended hours as needed/we see many patients after school 3:30-8:30 PM
Establish rapport with patients
Computer literate and able to work with Microsoft® applications and clinically relevant software programs
Willingness and capacity for growth, both personally and professionally
High degree of professionalism, treat sensitive clinical information ethically
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Ability to accept feedback/critique, and learn quickly from mistakes to maintain a positive and professional attitude

Job Description:
Administer neurofeedback protocols for overall brain health, targeting specific neurological symptoms including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, Autism, stress, memory, insomnia, head trauma, COVID-related brain fog, general cognitive deficits, impulse control, anger management, and more utilizing our Brain Master Technology
Maintain client records by keeping track of session numbers, remapping, and client scheduling
Ensure cleanliness of EEG cap, clips, and all other materials for each client
Collaborate with members of the department and other clinical staff to provide updates on patients for neurofeedback and electromedical therapy
Administrative duties such as scheduling, billing, chart organization, responding to emails, storing information, posting online ads
Knowledge and skill to establish appropriate work standards to achieve the highest productivity and accuracy
Scientific and technical acumen, as neurofeedback is an active process in our practice requiring clear understanding of the technology
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the neurofeedback suite
Participate in continuing education and training to facilitate best scientific practices
Maintain appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior with patients, families, and professionals
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with Title 42, CFR, Part 2, HIPPA and Beyond Expectation policies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
