What We Do

We are seeking a Network Technician to support our Enterprise Services division. In this warehouse-based role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, inventorying, and staging network equipment and components for deployment to customer sites onsite in Mojave, CA.

You will work closely with the Network Installation and Project Management teams to ensure equipment is fully prepped, configured as needed, and packaged correctly for field installation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and hands-on experience handling network hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify shipment contents against packing lists and purchase orders.

Perform basic testing / verification of equipment as needed.

Label and inventory all equipment into tracking systems.

Stage equipment according to project requirements — bundling, kitting, pre-configuration as required by field engineers.

Package equipment for safe shipment to installation sites.

Maintain an organized and safe warehouse staging area.

Assist with physical inventory counts and ongoing inventory accuracy efforts.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Engineers to support project readiness and delivery schedules.

Occasionally assist with returns, RMAs, or warranty processes for faulty equipment.

Required Qualifications:

Experience handling and staging network equipment and/or IT hardware.

Basic understanding of network hardware types (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless gear, cabling).

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory.

Ability to lift equipment (typically 50 lbs or less).

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with standing, lifting, and manual handling of equipment
