• Strong experience in circuit Provisioning

• Knowledge of some of the following systems: Adtran, AMS, Ciena MTM, Cisco CTM, FENS, Naviscore, Calix, 5620 SAM,ASAM 7300’s, Juniper routers and switches, Cisco routers and switches and TDM technologies.

• Utilization of operational support systems to acknowledge network events and to track and create work requests for supplier organizations

• This position requires you to manage and control the restoration of network impairments and assist in the emergency restoration of failed systems and facilities.
