Nomios is currently seeking for a Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving issues within LAN and WAN environments, ensuring smooth and efficient network operations. You will manage incident cases through our Incident Management System, handle alerts and customer inquiries, and perform standard changes as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose problems within LAN and WAN environments.
• Logs and monitors an Incident Management System for new and updated cases.
• Respond to and resolve alerts and cases within defined SLA's on all defined priorities.
• Receive and respond to incoming calls, portal requests, and/or e-mails from customers.
• Resolve simple to medium incidents.
• Work shifts including weekends on a rotational basis in a 'follow the sun' model (2 locations worldwide).
• Perform proper handover between shifts.
• Perform standard changes as requested by customers and internal engineering departments.
• Handle escalations according to defined process and procedures.
