Position Title: Network Support Analyst
Location: Regina, SK (Onsite)
Overview:
Charter is currently seeking an experienced Network Support Analyst to join our team starting April 2026. This is an onsite role in Regina, SK. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting diverse Vendor (Cisco, PA, Fortinet, Arista) routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless in a site/plant LAN/WAN infrastructure. Demonstrated experience implementing and operating enterprise data center networks (Mandatory). Demonstrated experience with implementing and operating firewalls (Mandatory). Experience configuring network protocols, managing network security, and collaborating with 3rd party vendors on network activities would be a great asset. Location: Regina, SK (Onsite). Term: twelve (12) Months. Strong possibility of extension.
Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless in a site/plant LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience implementing and operating enterprise data center networks (Mandatory)
Demonstrated experience with implementing and operating firewalls (Mandatory)
Demonstrated experience with network troubleshooting and problem resolution
Expert knowledge of data center network systems and technologies (Mandatory)
Extensive experience maintaining and operating Operational Technology systems
Experience working with diverse vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Arista, others)
Experience working with infrastructure management platforms (e.g. Solarwinds, Nagios, Splunk etc.)
Experience with automation technology (e.g. Python, Ansible, Powershell, etc)
Experience implementing adjacent infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, databases, virtualization, etc)
Experience troubleshooting network issues and resolving connectivity problems.
Developing technical specifications (e.g. cable schedules, topologies, service diagrams, device configurations)
Creating implementation guides and MOPs, Operational processes and procedures
Active industry certifications, i.e., CCNA, CCNP or equivalent (Mandatory).
Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
