Network Sales Manager (IT/Security)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the IT and security industry.
• Manage and lead a team of network sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in network sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the IT and security industry.
• Strong understanding of network solutions and security products.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) are preferred.
