•    Be the Subject Matter Expert on network routing and switching issues by resolving escalations.

•    Deep understanding of Cisco technologies, including Routing, Switching & Security.

•    Experience troubleshooting/managing Cisco products including, but not limited to, current Cisco Router and Switch Products such as Catalyst and Nexus.

•    Able to quickly adapt to multiple networking environments and troubleshoot it.

•    Candidate must have good experience in Enterprise & Data Centres. 

•    Able to configure equipment, and troubleshoot complex environments & routing experience (BGP, OSPF and EIGRP, etc.) 

•    Able to configure equipment and troubleshoot complex environments & switching experience (L2 Protocols, STP, vPC, VSS, HSRP & Stacking).

•    Able to configure equipment and troubleshoot Cisco ACI.

•    Strong hands-on IP/MPLS (MPLS, L2 MPLS VPN & L3 MPLS VPN, QoS, Inter AS MPLS VPN) Network Planning, Designing and Operations experience with a good reference from previous employment.

•    Good exposure on WAN technologies, such as different SD-WAN. 

•    To plan and execute new solutions and increase the flexibility of the existing infrastructure.

•    To upgrade data network devices to the new stable platform.

•    To commence capacity management and audit of IP network structure and hosted equipment within the IT infrastructure.

•    Monitor and manage Zscaler proxy policies

•    Oversee policy enforcement and ensure compliance with security standards.

•    Configure and troubleshoot Zscaler web gateways

•    Ensure optimal performance and security through proper setup and maintenance.

•    Troubleshoot Zscaler Client Connector issues

 CCIE Certification Preferred
