Join us to expand our mental health service provider network in Asia. We are looking for a results-driven recruiter who specializes in sourcing and lead generation to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong candidate pipelines by proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure we have a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Drive expansion of our mental health service provider network in Asia
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
• Research and map target markets, industries, and talent pools to generate leads for critical roles.
• Craft engaging outreach messages to connect with potential candidates and generate interest in open opportunities.
• Maintain accurate applicant information in ATS and Provider database
• Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times
• Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
• Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
• Uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information
• Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers
• Proactively manage caseload to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
• Must have have at least 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, lead generation, or recruitment research.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, platforms, and Boolean/X-ray search techniques.
• Has experience with recruiting non local candidates
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
