PeopleCert is looking for exceptional and talented individuals to join our team as Network Operations Assistant and contribute to our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets of our markets.

The Network Operations Assistant will support the accreditation of Training Organisations and Test Centres based on specific requirements. He/she will ensure Test Centers’ records are always updated in PeopleCert Administration Systems and all incoming requests are respectively handled.

As a Network Operations Assistant, your tasks will include the following:

• Administers accreditation tasks such as issuance and dispatch of contracts, contract transfers and/or contract terminations
• Handles activation/suspension/deactivation of Test Centres in all PeopleCert systems
• Handles the registration of Test Centres’ users in PeopleCert systems
• Maintains Test Centres’ records accurate and complete in all PeopleCert systems and handles requests for changes in Test Centres’ details
• Manages incoming emails / requests received from partners concerning the above tasks

What we look for:

• University degree in Business Administration
• At least 2 years of working experience in a business environment. Experience acquired abroad or in international environment would be considered as an asset
• Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOLcertificate would be a plus). Good knowledge of a second language will be an asset
• Effective communication and excellent report writing skills
• Well organized, flexible and able to work under pressure towards tight deadlines
• ECDL Core/Expert certification and prior working experience in the personnel certification field will be considered an asset
• Team player

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

• If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
• A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
• Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
• HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
• Financial background check
• Employment reference check
• If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
