Zest4, part of the $1bn-valued Focus Group family, is looking for a Network Operations Advisor to join our IoT team in Wilmslow. No deep technical background needed — just the right attitude, sharp attention to detail and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you the rest.

What is IoT?

IoT stands for the Internet of Things — the technology behind connected devices used by businesses across the UK, from smart sensors and vehicle trackers to connected machinery. It's a booming industry, and you'll be right at the heart of it.

What you'll be doing

• Setting up and activating new IoT connections for our UK channel partners across multiple network platforms
• Managing changes and requests through internal and external portals
• Accurately inputting data into network and billing systems
• Communicating with partners and customers by phone and email, providing great service day to day
• Working with our billing team to make sure products and tariffs are set up correctly
• Building up your knowledge of Zest4's IoT product range so you become a genuine go-to for our partners
• Pitching in on wider business projects as your confidence grows

What we're looking for

You don't need a tech degree for this role. Here's what actually matters:

• At least 1 year's experience in an office/customer centric environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail — you take pride in getting things right
• A confident, friendly communicator on the phone and over email
• Someone organised, self-motivated and ready to take ownership of their work
• Genuine curiosity about technology and how things work
