Title: Network Manager

Type: Full Time - Hybrid
The Network Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s network infrastructure. This leadership role involves managing a team of network engineers to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance network services that support the organization's operations and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the network engineering team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Plan, design, and implement network solutions aligned with business goals.
• Oversee daily network operations, ensuring availability, reliability, and security.
• Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage network capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with other IT teams and external vendors for upgrades, projects, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and security best practices.
• Prepare and manage the network budget and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for network infrastructure and processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience performing supervisory/management work including providing clear direction to subordinates; promoting teamwork and motivating others to accomplish goals.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ of experience with administration, maintenance, and design of Cisco VoIP solutions is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing a networking team in a highly complex environment.
• Experienced with implementation and support of 24x7x365 network, voice, and video environment.
• Strong expertise in LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN technologies.
• Experience managing enterprise network environments, including firewalls, routers, switches, and security appliances.
• Knowledge of network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ITIL best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
