Network Engineer (Cisco,Palo Alto,Juniper,Fortinet,Extreme)

Department Overview We take care of Datacenter with around 400+ servers Relevant Network equipment like cisco, fortinet and palo alto and also work on Switching Cisco, Extreme Job Description Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks Install, configure, and support network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points) Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime Implement network security measures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls Perform network upgrades, patches, and capacity planning Collaborate with system administrators, security teams, and application teams Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices IP (Internet Protocol – IPv4/IPv6) – Logical addressing and packet routing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching Hands-on experience with networking equipment (Cisco,Palo Alto,Juniper,Fortinet,Extreme, etc.) Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools Solid understanding of network security principles Strong problem-solving and communication skills Routing Protocols knowledge,Static,Dybanic,OSPF,BGP etc Basic Requirements Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching Hands-on experience with networking equipment (Cisco,Palo Alto,Juniper,Fortinet,Extreme, etc.) Travel Requirements Under 10% Relocation Provided None Position Type Experienced Referral Payment Plan No EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
