Responsibilities:
• Provide L3 support for network transport, routing, DNS, load balancing, and network automation
• Operate and optimize Citrix NetScaler/ADC platforms and manage Infoblox DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM)
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, segmentation, and application delivery issues across the network
• Perform routine maintenance, firmware upgrades, configuration management, and network monitoring
• Support network lifecycle activities, SDN adoption, cloud connectivity, and disaster recovery testing
• Lead and mentor L2 analysts, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with security and audit standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Citrix NetScaler/ADC (L4–L7 load balancing, SSL offload, GSLB, HA) and Infoblox DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM)
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), network segmentation, and NoTrust network principles
• Hands-on experience with network automation (Python, Ansible, NetScaler/Infoblox APIs) and network troubleshooting (Wireshark, TCP/IP diagnostics)
• Experience with firmware/platform upgrades, cloud networking (OCI basics), and disaster recovery/network failover planning
• Ability to lead and mentor L2 analysts, manage On-Call rotations, and collaborate across teams
• Strong problem-solving, operational discipline, and adherence to compliance and documentation standards
