Responsibilities::
• Assisting in monitoring and supporting network transport, routing, DNS, and load balancing

• Supporting Citrix NetScaler/ADC and Infoblox DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) operations

• Helping troubleshoot connectivity, routing, segmentation, and application delivery issues

• Performing routine network maintenance under supervision

• Participating in network lifecycle activities, cloud connectivity, and disaster recovery testing

• Maintaining documentation and learning best practices from senior team members

Requirements::
• Basic experience or education in networking, IT infrastructure, or systems administration

• Familiarity with Citrix NetScaler/ADC or Infoblox DDI is a plus

• Understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and network fundamentals

• Interest in network automation (Python, Ansible) and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, TCP/IP basics)

• Willingness to learn cloud networking and disaster recovery concepts

• Good English communication skills (B2 or higher)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
