Kyivstar.Tech is looking for a Network & Collaboration Engineer.

What you will do::
• Deployment and configuration of IP Telephony systems
• Installation, configuration, and support of Asterisk-based VoIP
• Setup and support of Cisco-based Video Conferencing systems
• Basic configuration of network equipment (switches, access ports, VLANs)
• Installation and initial setup of hardware and software
• Day-to-day support and troubleshooting of collaboration services

Qualifications and experience needed: :
• Basic understanding of VoIP (SIP, RTP)
• Experience with Asterisk configuration
• Basic knowledge of Cisco collaboration solutions
• Understanding of IP networking basics (TCP/IP, VLANs)
• Basic experience with network switches
• Linux basics

Troubleshooting::
• Handling basic voice/video issues
• Log checking and simple diagnostics
• Cooperation with network and IT teams

Soft Skills::
• Clear communication
• Ability to follow instructions and documentation
• Willingness to learn
• Basic English skills

A plus would be: :
• Cisco Webex / CUCM experience
• Basic scripting (Bash / Python)
