Job Title: Network Tester

Job Location: Littleton, CO

Job Type: Permanent Full Time

Description:

• Expertise in IP Backbone network

• Experience in Network Automation tool, iTest is must

• Experience Cisco and Alcatel Platform

• In depth understanding of routing protocols e.g. OSPF, BGP(iBGP &eBGP), MPLS, LDP etc

• L2VPN, L3VPN technologies

• Knowledge of IPSec, GRE

• User level understanding of FTP, SFTP, TFTP, HTTP, etc

• IP Network knowledge

• Skills related to Ethernet, TCP/IP

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems

• Automation tools like Ixia, Spirent

• Knowledge of IPTV

• Cisco a plus

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance procedures, system documentation, technical manuals, system diagrams, etc

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

• Ability to clearly write detailed procedures and technical documentation

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of vendors, customers, peers, or management

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and must be flexible enough to deal with different technical skill levels, skill sets and a highly dynamic work environment and schedules

• The ability to creatively approach problems not covered by existing procedures is important

• Ability to deal with concurrent problems and issues effectively

• Ability to work under a dynamic and high-pressure environment
