Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of management experience.

Preferred qualifications:
•    Strong understanding and practical experience in the telecommunications or ISP industry, including vendors, standards bodies and operators.
•    Experienced people manager, including management of teams across multiple geographies.
•    Comfort with operating in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
•    Proven ability to lead complex and innovative architectural projects, including work across corporate functions, locations, and/or teams.
•    Demonstrated good leadership and people management skills.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
