Job Description

Intelliswift Software, Inc

Works with the Network team and provide network administration support for Exchange Mail, Lotus Notes, CC:Mail, Classified LAN (C-LAN), Bandwidth Efficient Satellite Terminal (NGW) equipment. Install and configure Hubs, Switches, Servers, Routers, Frame Relay Devices, Expand Packet Accelerators, CSU/DSU's, Modems. Troubleshoot and resolve Trouble Calls and Work Orders assigned to the MSC Afloat NOC by MSC's Help Desk. Perform software installation of Windows 2000/XP/2003 Workstation/Server and Microsoft Office 2000/XP/2003 products. Manage and operate Classified LAN using Citrix Metaframe. Perform software vulnerability mitigation by installing IAVA patches and maintain update status using DoD's Vulnerability Management System (VMS). Perform maintenance on IBM compatible PC's. Watchbill coordinator.
