• Configure, and maintain LAN, WAN systems to support business operations.
• Install, upgrade, and manage network devices such as routers, switches.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal connectivity and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot network problems and provide escalation support for complex or persistent issues.
• Perform regular system updates and scheduled maintenance including firmware patches and hardware refreshes.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date network documentation (topology diagrams, IP schemas, change logs).
• Strong knowledge and experience with LAN, WAN
• Proficiency with network hardware (routers, switches) and associated protocols, like VXLAN, BGP, EIGRP, ect.
• Familiarity with network security best practices and tools.
• Experience with monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to perform system maintenance, upgrades, and documentation.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with IT teams and end-users.
• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
