As an expert in networks and network infrastructure, you will support our internal and some external customers in all aspects of digital networking. Our task is to operate and manage modern and secure networks. Are you communicative, a team player, responsible and solution-oriented? Then join our IT team! • Support and technical maintenance of the network infrastructure (Cisco)
• Collaboration on network projects – depending on your role: planning, implementation, support and configuration of new systems
• Ensuring stable and highly available network operation as the foundation and basis of the IT environment
• Development and implementation of innovative network strategies and architectures
• Proactive monitoring, support, project work and optimisation in various network areas
• Cross-functional support for other specialist teams within global IT
• Acting as a point of contact for technical issues from 2nd level support onwards
• Performing detailed network analyses and diagnostics for troubleshooting and capacity planning using modern network management tools

• Successfully completed IT training, IT degree or career changer with a high affinity for IT and at least three years of professional experience – all are welcome
• Solid professional experience in network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalling) and basic knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems
• Cisco certification (e.g. CCNA) is required, or good knowledge of Cisco components
• Strong analytical thinking skills, process-oriented approach and an independent and structured way of working
• High level of customer focus, very good communication skills and strong team spirit
• Good level of English
