Job Summary
The Network Administrator will primarily be responsible for the support of end user’s technology needs. The position will be responsible for supporting Active Directory, Windows PCs, servers, network printers, telecom and security equipment, etc. as well as assisting with software training and utilization. This position will have access to Lutz Tech escalation and project support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Network Administrator Responsibilities
Perform system troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems.
Coordinate installation of hardware and software.
Deploy replacement computers as needed
Maintenance and support of Windows based servers and workstations.
Prepare and maintain documentation of system configurations.
Test, evaluate, configure and install products.
Maintain users and group memberships in Active Directory.
Manage and maintain operating systems, servers, network, telecom & security equipment, personal computers, laptops, mobile devices and other related technology devices and licenses.
Assist with security assessments and technology strategic planning in coordination with Lutz Tech CIO and support staff.
Assist with website updates and social media updates as directed.
Provide training to staff on a routine basis in various formats.
Become familiar with the organization’s software and help train/educate staff in greater utilization and integration/interoperability.
Ability to communicate professionally, both orally and written, with all levels within the company, as well as outside vendors.
Communicate and work cooperatively with all staff and management. Maintain a visible presence at both locations, meeting with staff when onsite. Conduct routine biweekly rounds at both locations. Schedule routine meetings with Administrators and supervisor.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree in information technology or related field.
>2 years of Experience in related field
Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of computing infrastructures.
Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.
Proven network operations and network performance analysis skills.
Work Environment
This is a working manufacturing and production facility. As such this is a hot, dusty, loud area, and there are always moving parts. Caution and attention to your surroundings need to always be at the front of your mind as safety always starts with you.
Primarily office-based with frequent engagement across departments and production teams
Travel
May require occasional travel (<10%) for training, recruiting, or compliance functions.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel. The employee is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Talk and hear to communicate with others. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
