Supervisión de equipos de infraestructura y en la gestión de la infraestructura tecnológica y redes de la organización. Esta persona debe estar familiarizado/a con las mejores prácticas de gestión de infraestructura y protocolos y tecnologías de red, seguridad de la información, sistemas operativos y virtualización, herramientas de gestión de proyectos, soluciones en la nube, resolución de problemas técnicos.

Formación académica : profesional en ingeniería de sistemas, redes, comunicaciones o carreras afines. Experiencia : Experiencia minina de 5 años en cargos a fines, Experiencia comprobable en soporte técnico avanzado y conocimientos de administración de sistemas operativos como Windows, macOS y en redes (VPNs, firewalls, configuraciones de red). Conocimientos técnicos : Microsoft office Excel avanzado, protocolos de red, configuración de routers, switches, firewalls y sistemas de monitoreo, conocimiento en prácticas de seguridad de red, firewalls, VPNs y soluciones de prevención contra intrusiones. Certificaciones relevantes, como Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, u otras certificaciones de seguridad y gestión de redes. Familiaridad con servicios en la nube (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
