Description of the open position

Als ‘Network Engineer’ bij ARHS technology sta je in voor voor alle netwerkgerelateerde activiteiten van de klant of bij verschillende klanten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn de volgende:

• Als ‘Network Engineer’ ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, installeren, configureren en beheren van een fysisch netwerk.
• Je beheert de verschillende componenten die nodig zijn voor het uitrollen van VPN-netwerken.
• Je staat in voor het beheer van de IT-beveiliging: firewall, DMZ, proxy, reverse proxy.
• Je zorgt voor de monitoring van het netwerk.
• Beheren van een netwerk in domein.
• Je zorgt dat het netwerk tijdig onderhouden wordt.
• Opstellen en up-to-date houden van de documentatie.
• Je ziet toe op de goede werking van de systemen en toepassingen.
• Bij problemen/incidenten zorg je voor de analyse van het probleem en zorg je voor de nodige tussenkomst om alles te herstellen.

Profiel

• Je beschikt over een bachelor/master diploma richting informatica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring met het beheer van netwerken.
• Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een groot pluspunt.
• Je bent een echt problem solver en denkt steeds erg oplossingsgericht.
• Je ben flexibel en stressbestendig.
• Je hebt een passie voor analyse en synthese.
• Je hebt kennis van netwerkmonitoring- en beheerssystemen, VPN’s & firewall.
