Job Description:

As a NetSuite Support Administrator I, you will manage the day-to-day operations, configuration, and support of our NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate will triage support tickets, optimize business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure NetSuite operates efficiently and aligns with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Triage and address NetSuite support tickets, including issues related to saved searches, reporting, workflows, and form configuration.

Contribute optimizations in business processes with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to support NetSuite-related projects in collaboration with stakeholders.

Support the documentation needs, ensuring artifacts for requirements are shared for successful project execution with Functional Consultants

Maintain thorough documentation of current and new NetSuite configurations, workflows, and system processes.

Liaise with in-house developers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution of NetSuite-related issues.

Stay informed on NetSuite for updates and functionalities, providing recommendations for system enhancements.

Provide user training and support to ensure effective use of NetSuite across the organization.

Assist in testing new features, workflows, and configurations within NetSuite.

Hands-on experience in Advanced Inventory Management and inventory-related transactions.

Solid understanding of O2C, P2P, Returns, and Intercompany processes.

Strong reporting and analytical skills, including saved searches, Reports, and KPI monitoring.

Experience in NetSuite release preview testing to ensure smooth upgrade transitions.

Knowledge of SuiteScripts and other programming languages to support advanced customization is a plus.

Who You Are:

3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator (ERP management and configuration).

Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).

Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and committed team player.

Willing to adjust work schedule as needed to support evolving priorities and critical deadlines.
