Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a NetSuite Supply Chain Administrator to manage day-to-day supply chain execution across purchasing, production, inventory, and logistics within NetSuite. This hands-on role requires strong NetSuite expertise, a working understanding of CPG manufacturing, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision, ensuring accurate transactions, clean data, reliable costing, timely production execution, and clear end-to-end inventory visibility.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Purchasing & Production
• Issue purchase orders in NetSuite for packaging components, raw materials, and formula or fill services.
• Record and reconcile corresponding purchase order bills accurately within NetSuite.
• Maintain and oversee Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all SKUs to support accurate production execution and product costing.
• Execute and reconcile finished goods and sub-assembly builds to maintain accurate inventory balances and costs.
Item Master & System Governance
• Own and maintain the NetSuite Item Master, ensuring consistent and accurate setup across raw materials, packaging, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Create and manage new items including SKUs, packaging components, formulas, and finished goods.
• Ensure item records are complete and accurate, including units of measure, costing methods, lead times, vendor associations, and inventory attributes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to align item setup with production, costing, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain data integrity across item changes, revisions, and lifecycle updates.
Inventory & Materials Flow
• Track and manage inventory movements across the supply chain, including packaging shipments to co-manufacturers and finished goods transfers to warehouses.
• Ensure all inventory receipts are properly and accurately received into NetSuite.
• Manage inventory counts, adjustments, and scrap rates to support accurate inventory reporting.
• Support end-of-month inventory reconciliations and variance resolution.
Vendor Lead Times & Planning Support
• Maintain and track vendor lead times, minimum order quantities, and production constraints within NetSuite or supporting tools.
• Flag risks related to lead times, capacity, or material availability that may impact production schedules or inventory levels.
• Support light inventory forecasting based on sales demand and inventory on hand.
Logistics & Freight
• Coordinate and arrange freight from co-manufacturers to warehouses.
• Ensure proper documentation, timing, and accurate receipt of goods into inventory.
• Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies, damages, or delays.
System Accuracy, Controls & Close Support
• Serve as the point person for supply chain accuracy within NetSuite, ensuring transactions follow established processes and controls.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, costing, or production data.
• Support Finance during month-end close, inventory reviews, and audit requests as needed.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation across all supply chain transactions.
