Location: Remote (USA - PST, MST, CST only)
Hourly Rate: USD 65 - USD 85
Type: Contract Part Time (20-30 hours a week)
Reports to: Sr. Director, Finance

The Role

We are seeking a Netsuite Project manager to lead and manage a full life cycle NetSuite implementation project between the company and Armanino, our chosen Technology Solutions Partner.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Serve as the main point of contact between the internal stakeholders and Armanino ensuring clear communication and expectations.

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Coordinate data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Provide regular project status reports to internal stakeholders.

• Manage project budget and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

• Coordinate training and change management activities for end-users.

What You Bring

• Required: 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations.

• Required: Proven project management experience using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.

• Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, SCM, CRM).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator or Consultant Certification.

• PMP or similar project management certification.

• Experience with other ERP systems.
