The Role

We are looking for a mid-level NetSuite Implementation Consultant to join our EMEA team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how businesses actually operate — especially from a finance and operations perspective — and knows how to translate that reality into effective NetSuite solutions.

You’ll work closely with customers across industries, guiding them from discovery through go-live and beyond, owning functional design, configuration, testing, and user enablement.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the functional success of NetSuite implementations by:

Leading business process discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand current-state processes, pain points, and business goals

Designing end-to-end NetSuite solutions aligned with SuiteSuccess or Bring IT methodologies

Configuring NetSuite across core business areas, with strong ownership of Record-to-Report, O2C, and P2P processes

Identifying gaps and proposing practical workarounds or enhancements

Writing clear functional specifications for customizations and integrations

Preparing and executing test scenarios (unit, integration, UAT, regression) and coordinating final deployment

Supporting data migration and system readiness activities

Creating documentation, best practices, and training materials, and delivering user training sessions

Managing your own tasks and deliverables across multiple client engagements

Collaborating with technical teams, project managers, and global stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Must-have experience:

3–5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP

Experience in multiple full-cycle implementations (functional ownership, not just support)

Background as a NetSuite consultant or internal application owner

Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes

Business-oriented mindset — you understand how companies operate, not just how systems work

Experience working with international, multicultural teams

Excellent communication skills in English

Willingness to travel as needed

Nice to have (but not deal-breakers):

NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, etc.)

SuiteSuccess implementation experience

Experience with integrations (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft)

Basic SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0 exposure

CPA or finance-related academic background
