NetSuite ERP Developer

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technical NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on the implementation, customization, and support of NetSuite ERP solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite development best practices, as well as a solid understanding of business processes within NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities::
• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within our NetSuite environments, including SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and extend NetSuite to meet specific business needs (e.g., custom workflows, records, forms, and dashboards).
• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
• Assist in the creation of reports, saved searches, and data analysis to support decision making.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of the NetSuite system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite integrations, performance, and user functionality.
• Provide support for NetSuite users, answering technical queries and providing training where needed.
• Ensure proper documentation of all customizations, workflows, and integrations to support compliance.
• Maintain and refine development standards, branching strategies, environment strategies, deployment processes and development workflows
• Collaborate with other system owners and business stakeholders on cross-functional technology projects, representing the NetSuite technical perspective.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications::
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred NetSuite certifications: Application Developer, Web Services Developer, SuiteCloud Developer,
• Other NetSuite certifications are an advantage (Administrator, ERP Consultant etc.)
• NetSuite Development: In-depth experience with SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite tools (min. 3 years)
• ERP Systems: Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and workflows, especially within NetSuite.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, SuiteScript, and other relevant web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP).
• Integration Experience: Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems and external APIs. Experience with Boomi, Mulesoft or other integration platform preferred
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases and experience working with saved searches, SQL and SuiteAnalytics Connect.
• Customization: Expertise in developing customizations within native NetSuite processes(Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.)
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve complex issues within the NetSuite platform.
• Version Control: Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and working in an Agile environment.
