Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end delivery of NetSuite ERP projects, including solution architecture, program governance, scope management, budget control, and timeline execution across financials, supply chain, and HCM modules.
Design scalable NetSuite architectures leveraging Suite Cloud, Suite Flow, Suite Script, and integrations with Oracle AHCS, PeopleSoft, and third-party systems like Celigo or Boomi.
Lead cross-functional teams in business process reengineering, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live support for multi-subsidiary and multi-book accounting setups.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of NetSuite experience.
Deep knowledge of NetSuite Functional and Technical aspects.
NetSuite Finance implementation and deployment experience.
General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Projects, Inventory, and Revenue Management.
Demonstrated success in hybrid integrations (NetSuite + Oracle Cloud ERP/AHCS) for industries including insurance, education, public sector, and technology.
Experience with Agile and Oracle Unified Methodologies.
Migration experience from legacy applications to NetSuite, e.g., PeopleSoft, Tyler, EBS.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with:
Record to Report (GL, Intercompany, Close): NetSuite OneWorld structure, intercompany, consolidations to FCCS, bank feed.
Order to Cash (B2B): Customers, sales orders, invoicing, cash app; ZoneBilling/ZoneRevenue as applicable.
Order to Cash (B2C).
Procure 2 Pay.
Projects and Fixed Assets.
Tax and Revenue Recognition.
Required: Ability to transform from legacy ERP systems to NetSuite, rationalize customizations, identify risks during transformation, pinpoint rework, assess functionality gaps, and creatively bridge legacy applications to NetSuite.
