Job Description:

We’re looking for a NetSuite Developer II to serve as a senior technical contributor and technical lead for NetSuite solution delivery. In this role, you’ll design and build complex NetSuite customizations and integrations, help set architecture standards and best practices, and mentor other developers while partnering closely with solution architecture members to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned to long-term business strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term strategies.

Act as a technical architect to define best practices for system customization and integrations.

Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers and cross-functional teams.

Design and implement advanced SuiteScripts 2.x, Suitelets, and workflows to optimize business processes.

Manage the development of custom NetSuite applications using SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).

Develop scalable and maintainable customizations that integrate seamlessly with NetSuite’s native functionality.

Architect and implement robust integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and other technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, providing expert-level support to ensure system stability and reliability.

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all customizations and integrations.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth within the development team.

Strong understanding of NetSuite modules: Financials, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Advance Inventory, Intercompany.

Familiarity with SDLC, Git, deployment strategies, and change management.

Who You Are:

Strong hands-on NetSuite development experience, delivering SuiteScripts 2.x, Suitelets, Workflows, and maintainable customizations that complement (not conflict with) NetSuite native functionality.

Proven integration expertise, designing, building, and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP, including authentication, error handling, logging, retry strategies, and monitoring.

Solid functional understanding of core NetSuite domains, including Financials, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Advanced Inventory, and Intercompany, with the ability to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.

Demonstrated delivery experience in an Agile SDLC, applying disciplined engineering practices such as Git, branching strategies, peer code reviews, testing, and release/change management in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain tradeoffs, recommend options, and align technical decisions with business outcomes.
