We are searching for a NetSuite Developer to join our fast-growing Business Systems team. This is an exciting and meaningful opportunity that will allow you to grow your skills and have a direct impact on our success.

The day to day.

As a NetSuite developer you will be tasked with the challenge of engineering custom components, automations, and suitlet applications to support business objectives. Working with other like minded engineers across the organization to deliver world class engineering and support services. The solutions we build will be highly resilient, scalable, balancing NetSuite standard methodologies and native functionality where possible.

• Write, test, integrate, and debug, code that is resilient, robust, and performs at scale

• Create and maintain functional / technical design specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements

• Provides technical and design expertise to the project team regarding applications solutions and problem resolution

• Identifies and implements automation strategies

• Embrace and be a strong advocate for CI/CD and Agile practices across the team

• Assist System Administrators with administrative tasks as needed

• Further an ecosystem of learning and mentorship

Your skills and expertise.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of writing high quality, maintainable, deployable, testable, and highly usable applications

• Expertise in the NetSuite development platform SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, and SDF

• Solid understanding of modern Javascript programming

• Strong background in OOP and SOLID principles, especially as applied to modern Javascript

• Experience with REST API design, partner integrations both internal and external

• Proven history of continuous learning and ability to stay ahead of with technology trends

• Natural problem solving abilities, an inquisitive personality, and an eagerness to pursue the challenge of big problems

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on the platforms and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
