NetSuite Developer

The Worker (NetSuite Developer) will be responsible for analyzing, modifying and migrating customizations to NetSuite environment as needed to meet project deliverables. The worker must have extensive knowledge and comfort coding in JavaScript within NetSuite’s Suite Commerce Advanced platform. The Worker must have specific experience with Bootstrap, Backbone and jQuery. The Worker must be able to follow software development processes, follow detailed project plans and generate work estimates. The Worker must be able to take assignments and direction from agency management and technical lead staff.

MUST HAVE:

• 8+ years ‘experience with web application development and maintenance
• 5+ years ‘experience with JavaScript
• 5+ years ‘experience completing system documentation
• 4+ years extensive experience with highly complex application security requirements
• 3+ years ‘experience with NetSuite platform
• 3+ years ‘experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced
• 3+ years ‘experience with Backbone.js
• 3+ years ‘experience with jQuery
• 2+ years ‘experience with Bootstrap

NICE TO HAVE:

• 2+ years’experience working with enterprise software solutions
• 2+ years public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)
• 2+ years proficiency with the Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint

ROLERESPONSIBILITIES:

• Worker will perform advanced analysis and programing tasks such as:• Creating a search interface against NetSuite’s API to lookup custom records
• Implementing custom roles within the customer center to allow different access levels
• Enhancing the order processing workflows to easily allow users to complete complex purchases

• Strong background in programming and testing and must be able to quickly develop expertise in complex systems, be quality conscious and be dedicated to delivering quality products on time and on budget

• Worker must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as they will be required to document and cross-train CPA staff as necessary to facilitate knowledge transfer.
