About role: The NetSuite Consulting Manager – Configuration Lab will lead a team of functional NetSuite consultants, managing workload allocation, quality control, solution design, and team development. This role is ideal for an experienced NetSuite consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys both strategic oversight and hands-on configuration work.

Key Responsibilities::
• Lead the Configuration Lab team in delivering high-quality, fully configured NetSuite solutions across multiple client engagements.
• Serve as the senior functional expert, guiding solution architecture, hands-on configuration, and best practices across core NetSuite modules (Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.).
• Mentor, coach, and support consultants on project execution, career growth, and professional development.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Client Stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Drive standardization of configuration practices and reusable solution components to promote consistency and scalability.
• Conduct solution design reviews, lead internal QA of configuration work, and ensure overall quality of deliverables before client handover.
• Support pre-sales scoping and solutioning as needed, offering guidance on complexity, effort estimation, and team planning.

Key Requirements::
• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a functional consulting capacity, including full-cycle implementation and advanced configuration.
• Deep expertise in NetSuite core modules, workflows, saved searches, custom fields/records, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience leading functional teams or consulting pods with a strong sense of accountability and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, client-first mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
• Prior experience working with onshore and offshore or distributed teams preferred.
• Experience in software, services, or technology consulting verticals strongly preferred.
• NetSuite certifications are a plus (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator, etc.).
