• Understand the requirements of the customer or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this;
• Led engineering team to design software architecture and implement the multi-tenant SaaS system where the technology stack is web frontend, server-side backend, desktop, and mobile device.
• Ensure code quality and development practices are followed in a project team. Be a hands-on role model in that regard to technical team members
• Mentor and provide guidance to software developers in the project teams and company-wide
• Lead/participate in company-wide training, knowledge sharing, and R&D initiatives
• Stay on top of the process and technological trends and help define & enforce standards/practices within the project teams or company-wide
• Participate in pre-sale efforts to build proof of concepts or develop projects.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

General requirements:

• Having 5+ years of experience working on Design and Architecture of solutions on the .NET stack.
• Ability to obtain a deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system issues. 
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• At least upper- intermediate skill level of English and the ability to present to client’s technical leaders and executive team as well as participating online conferences in English

Technical requirements:

• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core and.NET framework.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and resilient applications.
• Hands on experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure (including Compute, Storage, Networking, Database, Identity & Security and Azure AI services)
• Experience with database design and SQL (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Performs effectively & independently in software implementation activities (designing, coding, verification, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging…)
• Experience in other cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
