Optimiza is seeking a highly skilled .NET & PowerApp Development Team Lead to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented group of developers in creating innovative solutions using Microsoft .NET technology and PowerApps. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving project success and cultivating a high-performing development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of .NET and PowerApps developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications and PowerApps solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks.
• Coordinate and prioritize development efforts to align with project timelines and business objectives.
• Promote and implement Agile methodologies within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field .
• Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC framework.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Power Platform is essential.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based development practices.
• Proven experience in Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
