We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across both backend and frontend development, with strong experience in the Microsoft technology stack and modern web frameworks. You will play a key role in building robust systems, improving platform performance, and delivering reliable software solutions that support critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET technologies and modern frontend frameworks. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services, designing efficient APIs, and creating responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, ensuring clean architecture, maintainability, and high performance. Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrate with third-party services, and design secure, scalable application logic.

Work on frontend development using Angular, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks to build responsive, high-quality user interfaces. Translate UI/UX designs into functional web components while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.

Design and optimize database schemas using SQL Server or other relational databases. Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and ensure data integrity and performance at scale.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology decisions that improve system scalability and maintainability.

Implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, automated testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure applications follow secure coding standards and industry best practices.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug production problems, and implement solutions that enhance system stability and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–15 years of experience in full stack development using the Microsoft technology stack
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development
• Experience building modern frontend applications using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and stored procedures
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is highly desirable
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and scalable system design

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges independently.

Prior experience building enterprise-grade applications, working with distributed systems, or modernizing legacy applications to microservices-based architectures will be considered an advantage.
