.Net Full Stack Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and React.js to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in modern web development, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions, preferably within the Healthcare domain.

Experience

• Minimum 5 -6 years years of IT experience in enterprise application development, preferably cloud-based healthcare applications.

C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 7/8, LINQ, Web API, ASP.NET MVC.

 

 

Strong hands-on experience in React.js including:

 

• Advanced React concepts: Hooks (useEffect, useMemo, useCallback, custom hooks), Context API.

• State Management: Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, React Query (TanStack Query).

• Modern React architecture: Component composition, controlled/uncontrolled components, form management.

• Performance optimization: Memoization, virtualization (React Window/React Virtualized), lazy loading, code splitting, Suspense.

• Routing: React Router v6+, nested routing, data APIs.

• Testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library (good to have).

• TypeScript with React (good understanding preferred).

• Build tools: Vite, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier.

 

• ORM Tools – Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core (Code First & DB First approaches).

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, patterns, and principles.

• Database – SQL, NoSQL (Azure Cosmos DB), PostgreSQL, NoSQL (MongoDB).

• Client-side – HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Ability to write clean, scalable, high-quality code and apply Microsoft programming best practices.

• Applying design patterns such as n-tier/repository/factory/singleton for designing reusable components.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process.

• Experience/knowledge in Requirement/Design/Code Review & Inspections.

• Good experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservice Architecture.

• Hands-on in writing POC, code optimization, and performance tuning across layers.

• Experience in creating high- and low-level solution designs and supporting teams in resolving issues.

• Generic skills: teamwork, interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation.

• Cloud-native architectures – microservices and serverless.

• Strong understanding of microservice architecture, principles, and patterns.

• Azure Cloud knowledge (OAuth flows, Key Vault, Service Bus, Azure AD, Azure B2C).

• Architecture design and design patterns.

• Ability to lead technically or work independently and provide end-to-end solutions based on problem statements.

 

Good to have Skills

• Unit Testing Frameworks: xUnit, NUnit, MSTest.

• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps).
