Job Summary:

As a Senior .NET Engineer - Team Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our software development projects. You will lead a team of .NET developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge software solutions. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to inspire and mentor team members will be key to achieving project goals.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 software developers in a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-time project completion.
• Utilize your expertise in investment and wealth management to provide guidance and insight to the team.
• Oversee quality assurance (QA) processes to maintain product excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize your technical proficiency in Microsoft .Net, MS SQL Server, Postgres, Angular, and GitHub.
• Leverage your experience in cloud implementation, particularly in AWS and Azure.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 10+ years experience in software team leadership and project management.
• Strong knowledge of investment and wealth management.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .Net, MS SQL Server, Postgres, Angular, and GitHub.
• Experience with cloud implementation, especially in AWS and Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
